Cancellations for Standard Orders
Cancellation requests for standard orders will be accepted only if made within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations for Pre-Orders
Cancellation requests for pre-orders will be accepted only if made within 48 hours of placing the order.

Requests made beyond these timeframes will not be eligible for cancellation.
