Achieve a perfectly seated filter paper every time with the Cafistiq FilterPress. Designed to press the filter firmly into your brewer while rinsing, it helps eliminate folds and air pockets, ensuring the paper conforms evenly to the brewer's walls for a consistent brewing experience.
Simply place the FilterPress over the filter paper and pour hot water through it. The radial fins distribute pressure evenly, making paper preparation quick, clean, and repeatable before adding your coffee grounds.
Compatible with a wide range of conical and flat-bottom pour-over brewers, the FilterPress is available in multiple sizes to suit different brewing systems.
How to Use:
Place the filter paper inside your brewer.
Position the Cafistiq FilterPress inside the filter paper so that it sits evenly in the brewer.
Rinse the filter paper through the FilterPress using cold to moderately warm water. For regular use, we recommend keeping the water temperature between 30°C and 50°C.
Once the filter paper is evenly seated against the brewer walls, carefully remove the FilterPress.
Heat your kettle separately to your desired coffee brewing temperature.
Add your coffee grounds to the prepared filter and continue with your usual brewing method.
Important: The FilterPress is intended for preparing and seating the filter paper before brewing. Avoid pouring water at full coffee-brewing temperatures directly over the FilterPress. For moderate and repeated use, we recommend a rinsing temperature of 30–50°C.
Each FilterPress is 3D printed in durable PETG, a material chosen for its strength, water resistance, and suitability for repeated use in coffee brewing.
