The Cafistiq Suss Tamper is a simple brewing tool designed to make the top-filter AeroPress technique easier, cleaner and more consistent.
Its extended design reaches deep into the AeroPress brewing chamber, allowing you to gently press and evenly seat a second paper filter directly over the coffee bed before brewing.
The top paper filter helps keep the coffee bed level and reduces disturbance when water is poured, encouraging more even water distribution across the grounds.
The Cafistiq Suss Tamper is 3D printed in durable PETG and designed specifically for AeroPress brewing. Its extended design reaches comfortably into the chamber to evenly seat a second paper filter over the coffee bed, helping keep it flat and undisturbed during brewing. It is lightweight, reusable, and easy to use and store.
How to Use:
Add your ground coffee to the AeroPress and gently level the bed. Place a second AeroPress paper filter on top of the coffee grounds.
Use the Cafistiq Suss Tamper to gently press and seat the paper filter evenly over the coffee bed. Remove the tamper, add your brewing water and continue with your preferred AeroPress recipe.
Important: The Cafistiq Suss Tamper is designed for gently seating and levelling the paper filter and coffee bed. Heavy espresso-style tamping is not required.
